Violin, Renato Scrollavezza 1977 Parma, ex-Talignani
SFV CollectionRenato Scrollavezza（レナート・スクロラヴェッツァ）は、イタリアの名工として知られるヴァイオリン製作家。1927年、イタリア・パルマに生まれ、独学でヴァイオリン製作を学ぶ。1950年代から頭角を現し、1961年にはパルマ国立ヴァイオリン製作学校を創設。多くの優れた製作家を育成し、現代イタリアンヴァイオリンの発展に貢献した。 彼の楽器は、クラシックなイタリアンスタイルを基盤に、洗練されたアーチと豊かな音響特性を備える。細部の美しさやバランスの取れたトーンが特徴で、多くの演奏家に愛されている。2004年から2009年にかけて、代表・茅根も彼のもとで研鑽を積み、その哲学と技術を学んだ。彼の楽器は今なお世界中で高く評価されている。
Renato Scrollavezza was a renowned Italian violin maker, recognized as one of the great masters of modern Italian violin making. Born in 1927 in Parma, Italy, he was largely self-taught in the art of violin making. Gaining prominence in the 1950s, he founded the Parma National School of Violin Making in 1961, where he trained many distinguished makers and contributed significantly to the advancement of contemporary Italian violin making. His instruments are characterized by a classical Italian style, refined arching, and rich acoustic properties. Known for their meticulous craftsmanship and well-balanced tonal qualities, his violins are highly regarded by musicians worldwide. From 2004 to 2009, Ken Chinone trained under Scrollavezza, learning his philosophy and craftsmanship. His instruments continue to be highly valued worldwide.詳細をもっと見る
Violin, Primo Pistoni 2011 Cremona "Jupiter"
ASKこちらの楽器は製作者本人が名付けたように、裏板の杢が非常に美しく特徴的で、まるで木星を観ているような印象を与えるヴァイオリンです。非常に音の飛びが良く、新作ということを忘れさせてしまう響きが特徴です。
1957年クレモナ生まれ。1971年から1975年まで同地の国際ヴァイオリン製作学校に通い、ジオ・バッタ・モラッシの指導のもと研鑽を積み、卒業。
国内外のヴァイオリン製作コンクールに参加し、数々の名誉ある賞を受賞。
2001年、偉大なヴァイオリニストであるルッジェーロ・リッチに誘われ、リッチが高く評価するヴァイオリン製作者へのオマージュとも言うべきCD『The Legacy of Cremona』のレコーディングという特別なプロジェクトに参加。このCDのアイデアは、18人の著名な現代のヴァイオリン製作者が製作した楽器の異なる音響特性を紹介する目的で行われたものでした。
As named by the maker himself, this violin has a very beautiful and characteristic figured back, which gives the impression that you are looking at Jupiter. The sound is so good that it makes you forget that is a new violin.
Born in Cremona in 1957 and attended the International School of Violin Making in Cremona from 1971 to 1975, graduating under the guidance of Gio Batta Morassi.
Participated in national and international violin-making competitions, winning many prestigious prizes.

¥ 220,000日本人弓製作家の鎌田悟史氏によるバロック弓です。固定式(クリップイン)タイプの弓を、鎌田氏のアイデアによりスクリューでフロッグを移動させることが出来るようにした弓です。弓先に特徴があり、非常に弾きやすい弓となっています。自然なストロークと歌うようなフレージングが可能になる弓です。
This Baroque bow is crafted by Japanese bow maker Satoshi Kamata.
While it is based on the traditional clip-in (fixed frog) style, Kamata has applied his own ideas to allow the frog to be adjusted with a screw mechanism.
The tip of the bow has a distinctive shape, contributing to its excellent playability.

¥ 3,500,000ベルリンを拠点に活動する製作家。
アメリカ・ボストンの製作学校で学んだ後、ドイツ・ベルリンへ移住。代表・茅根とともに、ベルリンの Andreas Kägi 工房で製作・修理・修復に携わる中で、特に製作活動に重点を置いて研鑽を積む。現在はベルリンで独立し、製作を中心に幅広く活動している。
彼の楽器は、オールドイタリアンの伝統に基づいた忠実なコピー作品が特徴。その品質は高く評価されており、ゲッティンゲン交響楽団 ヴィオラ首席奏者・早川敦史氏も愛用している。

After studying at a violin-making school in Boston, USA, he moved to Berlin, Germany. He worked alongside Ken Chinone at the workshop of Andreas Kägi, where he specialized in violin making while also gaining experience in repair and restoration. Now independent, he continues to focus on instrument making while engaging in a wide range of activities.
His instruments are characterized by faithful reproductions of Old Italian masterpieces, meticulously crafted with deep respect for tradition. His work is highly regarded, and Atsushi Hayakawa, principal viola of the Göttingen Symphony Orchestra, is among his esteemed clients.

A contemporary bow maker who trained at the workshop of Hieronymus Köstler in Stuttgart and is now based in Berlin. He was awarded a gold medal at a BVMA international competition in 2004 and has received other international accolades as well. Violin, Hideaki Kotera 2025 Cremona
¥ 1,200,000小寺秀明は1992年、京都生まれ。10歳でヴァイオリンを始め、2014年にクレモナの**「アントニオ・ストラディバリ」ヴァイオリン製作学校**に入学。ヴァンナ・ザンベッリ氏、マッシモ・ネグローニ氏のもとで製作を学び、ダリオ・オッキピンティ氏、アレッサンドロ・ヴォルティーニ氏のもとで修理・セットアップの技術を習得した。2015年よりアレッサンドロ・メンタ氏の工房で、ヴァイオリン製作の「スタイル」についてさらに学び、2019年に学校を卒業。2022年、メンタ氏の工房内に自身の工房を開設し、A.L.I.のメンバーとなる。
2021年 イタリア・ピゾーニェで開催された第12回ANLAI国際ヴァイオリン製作コンクールにて、チェロ部門 金賞を受賞。
2022年 イタリア・ピゾーニェで開催された第13回ANLAI国際ヴァイオリン製作コンクールにて、ヴィオラ部門 銅賞を受賞。
Hideaki Kotera was born in Kyoto in 1992. He began playing the violin at the age of 10 and enrolled in the "Antonio Stradivari" Violin Making School in Cremona in 2014. He studied violin making under Vanna Zambelli and Massimo Negroni, while also learning restoration and setup techniques under Dario Occhipinti and Alessandro Voltini. In 2015, he further explored the "style" of violin making in the workshop of Alessandro Menta, and he graduated from the school in 2019. In 2022, he established his own workshop within Menta’s atelier and became a professional member of A.L.I.

Violin, Milena Noventa "HANA" 2024 Parma (mod. Capicchioni)
¥ 1,700,0001982年イタリアはブレシア生まれ。故Renato Scrollavezza氏の弟子でもあり、2018年に独立し以降独立した製作家として活動をする傍ら、Scrollavezza&Zanrèとのコラボレーション製作家としても活動中。
彼女は20世紀のエミリア・ロマーニャ州の伝統に沿った製作スタイルで、特にMarino Capicchioniモデルでの製作を得意としている。
この楽器は製作家自ら"HANA"（花）と名付けられており、名前のように可憐で温もりのある優しい音のする楽器です。

Born in Brescia, Italy, in 1982. She was a student of Master Renato Scrollavezza, and in 2018 she became independent and has been active as an independent maker ever since, while also working as a collaborative maker with Scrollavezza & Zanrè.
She specialises in the Marino Capicchioni model, and her style of production follows the tradition of the Emilia-Romagna region of the 20th century.
The maker herself has named this instrument ‘HANA’ (flower), and like its name, it is a delicate, warm and gentle-sounding instrument.

Violin, modern German Violin, Michael Strobl 1923 Berlin
¥ 1,650,000ドイツのベルリン派を代表する製作家の一人。1867年にドイツはミッテンヴァルト(Mittenwald)に生まれ、1894年よりベルリン(現在のポツダム広場近く)に活動拠点を移す。
彼の人生は、楽器製作にすべてを捧げたといっても言い過ぎではないくらいで、当時としても非常にレベルの高い高品質な楽器を製作し、製作で得た収入を楽器の材料となる木材などに多額の投資をするなどしていました。特に、2つの世界大戦前の好況期には多くの音楽家が彼の楽器を求めました。
今回ご紹介するバイオリンは1923年生の楽器。典型的なStroblの製作スタイルが見受けられ、楽器のコンディションも100年以上前に作られたとは思えない程に、非常に良いコンディションです。
One of the leading makers of the German Berlin School, born in Mittenwald, Germany, in 1867 and based in Berlin (near today's Potsdamer Platz) from 1894.
It would be no exaggeration to say that he devoted his life entirely to instrument-making, producing high-quality instruments of a very high level even for the time, and investing his earnings from making instruments and reinvested in good wood and other materials. Many musicians sought out his instruments, especially during the good times before the two world wars(especially from 1905 to 1914 and from 1925 to 1938).
The violin presented here is an instrument from 1923. It shows the typical Strobl style and the condition of the instrument isreally so good that it is hard to believe that it was made over 100 years ago.詳細をもっと見る
Violin, Riccardo Bergonzi "INKA", 1996 Cremona
¥ 2,400,000リッカルド・ベルゴンツィ氏による1996年作のヴァイオリンです。言わずと知れたクレモナを代表するマエストロ。このヴァイオリンは彼が35歳の時の作品で、この当時既に国内外の製作コンクールで金メダルを獲得しており、若くしてクレモナのトップ・マエストロの仲間入りを果たしていました。プロのヴァイオリニストによって所有されていたこともあり、30年近くに渡り十分に弾きこまれています。裏板には木の特徴を生かして、女性の涙を表現した箇所があります。こういったところが彼を表す表現として製作家以上に、芸術家と言わせる由縁なのでしょう。
This violin was made in 1996 by Riccardo Bergonzi, one of the most renowned contemporary violin makers from Cremona. Created when he was 35 years old, the instrument reflects the maturity of a maker who had already won gold medals at prestigious national and international competitions. By that time, he had firmly established himself among the top maestri of Cremona.
Previously owned by a professional violinist, this violin has been extensively played for nearly 30 years, contributing to its rich and seasoned tone. A particularly poetic feature is found on the back plate, where the natural pattern of the wood is skillfully used to depict a woman’s tear. The instrument is in a condition consistent with its age, including a repaired crack on the rib.

¥ 960,000僅かな傷とサドル(下ナット)脇の割れ(補修済み)があるコンディション。 裏板は美しい杢の入った２枚板。 整った木目を持つ表板。 作者不詳ではあるが製作技術を見るにマスターメイドによるモダンジャーマンバイオリンと思われる。

The instrument is in good condition with only minor scratches and a repaired crack next to the saddle.
The back is made of two pieces of beautifully flamed maple, and the top features well-aligned, straight grain.
Although the maker is unknown, the craftsmanship suggests that it is a master-made modern German violin.

Viola(40.8cm), Benoit Bonten, 2024 Livinhac le haut(France)
¥ 2,200,000南フランスはアヴァロン県のコミューンの一つであるLivinhac le haut(リヴァンアック・ル・オー)で製作活動をする新進気鋭のフランス人製作家Benoit Bonten(ブノワ・ボンテン)氏による新作楽器です。
ボディサイズは40.8cmと大きすぎず小さすぎず、すべてのビオラプレイヤーにとって非常に弾きやすいサイズとなっています。非常に綺麗な音色で、低音も良く鳴り、サイズ感を感じさせない音のプロジェクションはソロ向けとしても十分に通用するレベルです。

This is a new instrument by Benoit Bonten, a wonderful French maker from Livinhac le haut, one of the communes in the Avalon department in southern France.
With a body size of 40.8 cm, it is neither too large nor too small, making it very easy to play for all viola players. It has a very beautiful tone, a good bass sound and a sound projection that does not give the impression of size, which is good enough for soloist.

Viola(41.65cm), Mira Gruszow&Gideon Baumblatt, 2016 Berlin "Mirko"
¥ 3,800,000Mira GruszowとGideon Baumblattは、2016年のアメリカで行われた製作コンペティションでの受賞を皮切りに、その後現在に至るまで数々のコンクールで入賞を続けており、今欧米で最も勢いのある製作家コンビです。
今回のビオラは2016年のアメリカで行われた製作コンペティションのカルテット部門で入賞した際のカルテット楽器のビオラです。受賞後、この楽器は現在ハレ国立歌劇場管弦楽団のソロ・ビオラ首席奏者であるCarolin Krügerの手に渡り演奏をされてきました。Gasparo da Saloモデルを使用。
楽器本体の製作上の寸法は41.65cmですが、隆起を含めると41.8cmとなります。弦長は37.2cm、ネックの長さは14.6cm、ストップは22.0cmとなります。（39.5cm～40.5cmのサイズ感になります。)

Mira Gruszow and Gideon Baumblatt are the most promising makers duo in Europe and the USA at the moment, having won numerous competitions since then, starting with a prize in a 2016 VSA(Violin Society of America) competition in the USA.
The viola shown here is a viola from a quartet instrument that won a prize in the quartet category of a VSA competition in the USA in 2016. After winning the prize, the instrument has been in the hands of Carolin Krüger, currently principal solo viola player of the Halle State Opera Orchestra, using the Gasparo da Salo model.詳細をもっと見る

言わずと知れた現代イタリアの弦楽器製作を代表する巨匠。モラッシ、スコロラヴェッツァと共に今のイタリアにおける弦楽器製作を復活・発展させた立役者。当時の世界的なストラディヴァリ研究における第一人者であったサッコーニからも寵愛を受け、ストラディヴァリ時代の製法を現代へと昇華させている。こちらのビオラは典型的なビソロッティ・スタイルといっていい楽器です。ミントコンディションではないものの、目立った傷もなく、非常にコンディションの良い楽器です。

Undisputed master of modern Italian violin making. Together with Morassi and Scrollavezza, he was a key person in the revival and development of violin making in Italy today. He was also a favourite of Sacconi, the world's leading Stradivari researcher at the time, and sublimated the methods of the Stradivari era to the present day. This viola is a typical Bisolotti style instrument. Although not in mint condition, the instrument is in very good condition with no noticeable scratches.

Rental contracts are renewed every 6 months, and maintenance (string replacement, bow rehairing, etc.) is included in the rental fee. By making an appointment in advance, string exchange and bow rehairing can be done smoothly from drop-off to pick-up.♪🎵 Why is the rental renewed every 6 months?

For this reason, our rental contracts are renewed every 6 months, and at each renewal, we offer general condition check up, string exchange, and bow rehairing.✅ No additional charges for maintenance at renewal!

楽器の音色は駒のつくりと調整によっても大きく変わります。 シレーナの細やかな調整をぜひご体験下さい。

※調整は年2回、主に季節の変わり目がおすすめです。
※修理項目によっては、加工費や材料費もしくはアクセサリー(アジャスターや顎当ての金具など)代など別途かかることがございます。楽器の調整は、 演奏者様のご希望に従って楽器の音色をじっくり調整し、演奏する場所や曲に合わせて仕上げます。
※弓の毛替えはお電話でのご予約をおすすめしております。（毛替えの所用時間は約1時間です。）
Restoration
SFVでは海外で長年経験を積んだ高度修復技術を持った職人が常駐しております。皆様の大切な楽器を価値ある状態で後世に伝えていくため、またそれぞれの楽器に合ったアプローチをとらせていただくため、そして修復内容の品質を保つため、職人が年間に受けられる長期修復の依頼数は限られてしまいますが、お客様にご満足いただけるよう楽器一つ一つに対して最善の方法で取り組ませていただいております。お見積もりや修復内容に関してのご相談も時間をかけてさせて頂きますので、ご来店の際にはご予約をお勧めしております。
The SFV workshop is staffed by highly skilled restorers(Ken Chinone has many years of experience in world reknowned workshops). In order to preserve the value of your precious instrument for future generations, to take a personalised approach to each instrument and to maintain the quality of the restoration, the number of long-term restoration requests our craftsmen can receive per year is limited, but we do our best to satisfy our customers. However, we do our very best to ensure that each and every instrument is restored to the customer's satisfaction. We recommend that you make an appointment when you visit us, so that we can take the time to give you an estimate and discuss the details of your restoration.

茅根 健（Ken Chinone）
弦楽器職人, Luthier (Violin Maker&Restorer)
上智大学在学中より上智大学管弦楽団に所属し、演奏することから楽器の構造や仕組みにより興味を惹かれるようになったのがきっかけとなり、弦楽器職人の道へと進む。
2002年-2004年、東京にてアメリカ人楽器製作者のLouis Caporale氏に師事。弦楽器製作の基礎を学ぶ。
2004年-2009年、イタリア・パルマにおいて、現代イタリアの楽器製作を代表する故Renato Scrollavezza氏に師事。弦楽器製作のさらなる研鑽を積む。またこのころの海外の著名な修復家Hans J. Nebel氏(ニューヨークのWurlitzer商会でSimone F. Sacconi氏の右腕として、のちにSacconi氏の跡を継ぎ工房長として長年活躍)との出会いが、修理・修復への道へと進むきっかけとなる。Nebel氏をはじめ多くの修復家のマスタークラスに参加し、修復家として研鑽を積み始める。また、2007年よりヨーロッパ各地の工房を訪れ、実践的な経験を積む。
2009年-2018年、ドイツ・ベルリンのMatthias Beimdiek氏の下にて修理・修復家として就職をする。2011年より、同じくベルリンの修復家Andreas Kägi氏の工房に勤める。ヨーロッパをはじめアメリカなどに多数の優秀な修復家を輩出したKägi氏の下で様々な名器の修復に携わる。また、ベルリンフィルやドイツの主要オーケストラ、Artemis QuartettやArmida Quartettといったアンサンブル団体、五嶋みどり女史やワディム・レーピン氏といったソリストが訪れる工房で様々な仕事の一切を任せられる。
2018年よりシレーナにて勤務、2021年1月より、50年以上続くシレーナの経営を引継ぎ、お客さまにより満足頂ける新生シレーナを構築中。
2024年1月よりシレーナはSirena Fine Violins&Ken Chinoneとして活動を始める。

CEO and head of the workshop of SFV
While a student at University, he was a member of the University Orchestra and became more interested in the structure and mechanics of musical instruments through playing, which led him to become a string instrument maker.
2002-2004 learned and under the violinmaker Louis Caporale in Tokyo. Learned the basics of string instrument making.
2004-2009 Studied and developed violin making in Parma, under the guidance of Renato Scrollavezza. He also met the famous international restorer Hans J. Nebel (worked with Simone F. Sacconi at Wurlitzer in New York, later succeeding Maestro Sacconi as head of the workshop for many years), which led to a career in repair and restoration. In 2007, he began studying as a restorer by attending master classes with Nebel and many other restorers. Since 2007, he has also been visiting world reknowned workshops across Europe to gain experience.
From 2009-2018, he worked as a repairer and restorer for Matthias Beimdiek in Berlin; from 2011, he worked in the workshop of world reknowned restorer Andreas Kägi, also in Berlin. He has worked on various masterpieces under Kägi, who has produced many excellent restorers in Europe, the USA and other countries. He has also been entrusted with all kinds of work by the Berlin Philharmonic, major German orchestras, ensemble groups such as the Artemis Quartett and Armida Quartett, and the workshop visited by soloists such as Midori Goto and Vadim Repin.
After working at Sirena since 2018 and serving as head of the workshop, he was appointed director in May 2020. Involved not only in the repair and restoration of musical instruments, but also in the management of the company, and appointed CEO in January 2021, taking over the management of Sirena, which has been in existence for more than 50 years, and building a new Sirena that will satisfy customers even more.
In January 2024 Sirena started working as Sirena Fine Violins(SFV)&Ken Chinone Violinmaker/Restorer.

布川桃子（Momoko Nunokawa）
製作/修理・修復、New Making/Rrepair&Restoration
4歳よりヴァイオリンを始める。愛知県立芸術大学在学中に弦楽器の深遠さを実感し、職人の道を志す。大学卒業後、木工の基礎やドイツ語等を学び、ドイツはミッテンヴァルトのバイエルン州立楽器製作職業専門学校に入学。
在学中は楽器製作や修理の技術を体系的に習得するとともに、ベルリンにてAndreas Kägi氏およびJacob Veit Müller氏のもとで実践的な指導を受ける。
またドイツ滞在中にはヴァイオリニストとしても各地の教会にてミサ曲等の演奏活動に参加する。
2023年7月、バイエルン州のヴァイオリン職人資格(Geselle-ゲゼレ)を取得し、同校を卒業。同年11月シレーナに入社。
She started playing the violin at the age of four. While studying at Aichi University of the Arts, she realised the profundity of stringed instruments and aspired to become a craftsman. After graduating from university, she studied the basics of woodworking and German language, and then enrolled at the Musical Instrument Making school in Mittenwald, Germany.
While studying, she systematically acquired skills in the making and repair/restoration of musical instruments, and also received practical guidance in Berlin from Master Andreas Kägi and Master Jacob Veit Müller.
While in Germany, she also participated in performances of mass music and other pieces at various local churches as a violinist.
In July 2023, she graduated from the school, having obtained the qualification of a violin maker (Geselle) in the state of Bavaria. In November of the same year, she joined Sirena Fine Violins.
