Viola, Nicolo Santi NSA80 set

Nicolo Santi NSA80/S
Viola Set
An ideal viola set for beginners, offering everything you need to start playing in one convenient package.
The Nicolo Santi NSA80 is designed for those taking their first steps in learning the viola.
The instrument features a spruce top, with a maple back, ribs, and neck. The fingerboard, pegs, and chinrest are made of ebony, giving the viola a traditional construction and an elegant, understated appearance.
The NSA80 is fitted with a Jargar A string and Thomastik-Infeld Dominant strings for the D, G, and C strings.
Unlike the violin, choosing the right viola size is particularly important, as the player's physique and arm length can significantly affect comfort and playability.
The NSA80 is available in two body sizes, 39.5 cm and 40.5 cm, allowing players to select an instrument that suits their physical proportions and helps reduce unnecessary strain while playing.
A Complete Set for Beginning Viola Players
The NSA80/S is a five-piece set that includes the viola, bow, case, shoulder rest, and rosin.
It provides everything needed to begin playing, making it a convenient choice for those purchasing their first viola.
Set Includes:
Viola: Nicolo Santi NSA80
Bow: BVO-201
Case: CVL-2 Semi-Hard Case
Shoulder Rest: VSR-300
Rosin: Hidersine 3V
The NSA80 is equipped with a tailpiece featuring four integrated fine tuners, allowing each string to be adjusted individually.
Compared with tuning using the pegs alone, the fine tuners make it easier to achieve precise pitch adjustments, offering greater convenience for beginners.
At Sirena Fine Violins, we welcome customers to try the instrument in person. We are pleased to assist with selecting the appropriate size and finding a viola that suits each player's comfort, experience, and individual preferences.
This set is recommended not only for those beginning their viola studies but also for violinists considering a transition to the viola.
