リッカルド・ベルゴンツィ氏による1996年作のヴァイオリンです。言わずと知れたクレモナを代表するマエストロ。このヴァイオリンは彼が35歳の時の作品で、この当時既に国内外の製作コンクールで金メダルを獲得しており、若くしてクレモナのトップ・マエストロの仲間入りを果たしていました。プロのヴァイオリニストによって所有されていたこともあり、30年近くに渡り十分に弾きこまれています。裏板には木の特徴を生かして、女性の涙を表現した箇所があります。こういったところが彼を表す表現として製作家以上に、芸術家と言わせる由縁なのでしょう。
